Slow day to enjoy the resort and causal shopping. It takes all of 2 minutes after sitting at the pool for water and ice to arrive for our pleasure and drinks for the asking.
We have reservations for dinner at the bottom of those 300 steps so we pass the donkeys and the donkeys used food and arrive at our restaurant. We send a couple of our party to select the fish for dinner from the catch of the day. I think it was Sea Bass and Grouper with a couple of big lobsters and it was yummy. A very nice relaxing day in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
And, it’s the beginning of a new day and all good things come to an end and so our time on Santorini is over.
Javier and Rachel wake very early to see us off, after many hugs, we hit road and we are off to the airport. We had a wonderful time with our friends and it’s sad to leave such a beautiful place, but it will always be in our hearts..
