April 11: To Germany!

We leave for the airport unsure of flights as there is word that Lufthansa is on strike and that is our next plane.  We should be worried but it is difficult to worry too much on this island. Turns out the Germans are now happy and Lufthansa is willing to fly us to Munich.  We are headed to Ingolstadt where Audi’s are born to visit our friends Tommy and Gisi.  

We last saw Tommy and Gisi in Iceland where we spent a part of our vacation with them. 

Tommy and Gisi are great and Gisi has prepared a wonderful dinner for us! We tell stories and laugh and enjoy a great evening.
